Support — hosaka connector (ono-sendai)

E-mail support@hosaka.fm (operator: hosaka-fm). Include the request_id shown in the tool result (meta.request_id) when reporting a problem — it lets us find the call without any content.

Common questions

• "quota_exceeded" / "rate_limited" — temporary limits; the response says when they reset. Linked accounts see their allowance with get_usage.
• "anonymous_capacity_exhausted" — the shared anonymous preview is full for now; sign in with hosaka for a personal allowance or retry later.
• Wrong artist? hosaka reports homonyms as an ambiguity with candidates; ask your assistant to pick by location, label or era.
• Data requests — export or deletion of your account: e-mail support from the address you signed in with; we answer within 30 days (see the privacy policy).
